Doga Teknoloji; is a technology company which has two engineer co-founders and which provides research and development in marine technologies.
Our vision is to research & develop most of the applicable solutions and products for the maritime industry, and spread all product ranges worldwide. SeyYar is the first product of this portfolio, which is an electronic navigation software system which has intergrated support for GPS and AIS devices and which uses S-57 vector charts produced by Turkish ONHO (Office of Navigation, Hydography and Oceanography). Our marine fleet management and tracking system SeyYarFilo will also be released soon.

Turkish ONHO (Office of Navigation, Hydography and Oceanography) is the only authorized association for producing and updating naval charts for the Turkish territorial waters. ONHO is bound to the Turkish Naval Forces.
Doga Teknoloji, is the first local agent of ONHO and maintains distribution of their charts through SeyYar's infrastructure.
Electronic charts are weekly updated by ONHO and SeyYar's users are able to receive the updates automatically within the software through the internet..
